The dataset contained walking data of 41 volunteers, including 20 women and 21 men. Each volunteer walked on asphalt and SLATE roads for six times, each time for less than one minute. Adverse climatic events like heat stress, floods, unseasonal rainfall, and droughts frequently hinder crop productivity. Long-term crop yield data plays a crucial role in food security planning. This study presents historical wheat yield data at the satellite pixel level from 2001 to 2019 in Uttar Pradesh, India. We use various satellite indicators to develop wheat yield models, including the normalized difference vegetation index and gridded weather data, such as precipitation, temperature, and evapotranspiration.

During our research in generating or optimizing molecules to be drug candidates by extending deep reinforcement learning and graph neural networks algorithms, we used GEOM data [1], and we had an idea to make a dataset obtained from molecules from GEOM to predit the activity towards COVID and the drug linkeness. We calculated over 200 descriptors for the molecules using RDKit [2]. We hope you enjoy using it.

Nowadays, how to non-destructively obtain the bending strength of the bronze-based matrix fabricated by low-temperature hot pressing sintering (HPS) is still difficult. The main contribution of our research is a proposed visual quantization model based on microstructure features of metallographic microscopy images and machine learning to predict the bending strength of bronze-based material. Exploring the interrelationship between microstructure features and mechanical properties will guide the modulation of grinding wheel composition and HPS parameters.

This dataset protocol details the acquisition of a surface electromyography (sEMG) dataset from the Tibialis Anterior (TA) and Gastrocnemius Lateralis (GL) muscles of 20 healthy adults, with an equal distribution of 10 male and 10 female participants. Since meteorological satellites can observe the Earth’s atmosphere from a spatial perspective at a large scale, in this paper, a dust storm database is constructed using multi-channel and dust label data from the Fengyun-4A (FY-4A) geosynchronous orbiting satellite, namely, the Large-Scale Dust Storm database based on Satellite Images and Meteorological Reanalysis data (LSDSSIMR), with a temporal resolution of 15 minutes and a spatial resolution of 4 km from March to May of each year during 2020–2022.

This letter presents a novel approach to bolster the physical layer security of optical communication systems, specifically within Passive Optical Networks (PONs), through the utilization of device fingerprints. In this proposed scheme, we employ Optical On-Off Keying (OOK) modulation for signal transmission and subsequently extract distinct fingerprint features from the eye diagrams of these OOK signals. It is observed from the pattern of Electricity Demand in the months of November 2022 and March 2023 that switchover from Summer Time to Winter Time and vice versa causes a shift in demand pattern corresponding to the time shifts. The hourly electricity demands of US48 states have been shown in separate excel files for November 2022 and March 2023. In sheet 2 of  both the excel files, a graphical plot of the average hourly demands in the week before the switchover has been compared with a graphical plot of the average hourly demands in the week after the switchover.

Cemented total hip arthroplasty (THA) demonstrates superior survival rates compared to uncemented procedures. Nevertheless, most younger patients opt for uncemented THA, as removing well-fixed bone cement in the femur during revisions is complex, particularly the distal cement plug. This removal procedure often increases the risk of femoral fracture or perforation, haemorrhage and weakening bone due to poor drill control and positioning. This dataset consists of 3500 images of beach litter and 3500 corresponding pixel-wise labelled images. Although performing such pixel-by-pixel semantic masking is expensive, it allows us to build machine-learning models that can perform more sophisticated automated visual processing. The temporal variability in calving front positions of marine-terminating glaciers permits inference on the frontal ablation. Frontal ablation, the sum of the calving rate and the melt rate at the terminus, significantly contributes to the mass balance of glaciers. Therefore, the glacier area has been declared as an Essential Climate Variable product by the World Meteorological Organization. FaceEngine is a face recognition database for using in CCTV based video surveillance systems. This dataset contains high-resolution face images of around 500 celebrities. It also contains images captured by the CCTV camera. Against each person folder, there are more than 10 images for that person. Face features can be extracted from this database.
