This document shows time-domain thermoreflectance (TDTR) measurements on blanket phase change multilayers [Fig. S1] and electro-thermal simulations of confined PCM cells [Fig. S2]. The extracted thermal resistance per unit area obtained from our measured TDTR signal ratio vs. time delay in Fig. S1 reveals that Bi2Te3 layer only introduces ~13% additional thermal resistance in the PCM stack. On the other hand, Fig. S2 shows the electro-thermal simulation of confined cells with 4 nm Bi2Te3 and 50 nm GST layer with a BE (TiN) diameter of 150 nm in Fig.

The half suspension model established in this paper fully considers the non-linear characteristics of single-rod hydraulic actuators, and designs a sliding mode adaptive controller based on the existence of uncertain parameters and possible external uncertain disturbances in the system. Considering that some of the state variables required by the controller are not easy to obtain, an extended state observer is designed to observe the wheel vertical movement speed and the pressure of the rod cavity and non-rod pressure of the hydraulic actuator.

These are video demo of Motion compensated display. The data set used was captured at 100 samples per second from acclerometer and duration is 40 to 80 seconds. Using the above data, the algorithm has been implemented using MATLAB, and a video of the display is generated with and without compensation. The video results shows significant improvement in user experience. All videos shows left side with compensation and right side mimic what eye would see without compensation. Since the files are encoded with high quality better to use VLC player and a good computer.

This dataset contains the results of the simulation runs of the experiments performed to evaluate and compare the proposed spatial model for situated multi-agent systems. The model was introduced in a paper entitled "BioMASS, a spatial model for situated multiagent systems that optimizes neighborhood search". In this paper we presented a new model to implement a spatially explicit environment that supports constant-time sensory (neighborhood search) and locomotion functions for situated multiagent systems.
