We investigated the turn-off waveforms of Superjunction (SJ) silicon MOSFETs with respect to their own charge imbalance by experiments as well as by device simulations.
When SJ-MOSFETs are used for chopper circuits we find a unique hump in the current waveform during the turn-off transient. The magnitude of the hump shape waveform drastically depends on the charge imbalance (CIB) in the SJ structure.

This study presents an overview of AiDIN-VI, a force-controllable quadruped robot system that is incorporated the mandatory abilities: speed, efficiency, and mobility to provide real-world services.

Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) data for a series of GABA phantoms specifically  designed to provide ground truth data for GABA quantification based on MRS data. Drive testing is a common practice by mobile operators to evaluate the performance and coverage of their deployed mobile communication systems. Drive testing is, however, a very expensive practice. Furthermore, due to the complexity of future 5G mobile networks, accurate and efficient ways of optimizing and evaluating coverage are needed. This is the data Archive for Zhang, et al., “A Geophysical Model Function for S-band Reflectometry of Ocean Surface Winds in Tropical Cyclones,” accepted by Geophysical Research Letters. This data set was generated from twelve (12) days of airborne S-band (2.3 GHz) reflectometry data collected during the 2014 hurricane season between 2 July 2014 and 17 September 2014. Cross-correlations between the direct and reflected S-band signals, commonly referred to as the “waveform” or delay-Doppler map (DDM) are provided with corresponding aircraft time and position data.

The Underwater Acoustic & Navigation Lab in University of Haifa conducted a shallow water long-range underwater acoustic communication experiment across the shores of Northern Israel in March 2019. The experiment was designed to verified the adaptive modulation scheme for long-range underwater acoustic communicaiton proposed by the authors. To make the work reproducible, the authors freely share the estimated channel impulse responses from the sea experiment.

This FFT-75 dataset contains randomly sampled, potentially overlapping file fragments from 75 popular file types (see details below). It is the most diverse and balanced dataset available to the best of our knowledge. The dataset is labeled with class IDs and is ready for training supervised machine learning models. We distinguish 6 different scenarios with different granularity and provide variants with 512 and 4096-byte blocks. In each case, we sampled a balanced dataset and split the data as follows: 80% for training, 10% for testing and 10% for validation.

Vision and lidar are complementary sensors that are incorporated into many applications of intelligent transportation systems. These sensors have been used to great effect in research related to perception, navigation and deep-learning applications. Despite this success, the validation of algorithm robustness has recently been recognised as a major challenge for the massive deployment of these new technologies. It is well known that algorithms and models trained or tested with a particular dataset tend not to generalise well for other scenarios.
