The paper presents the reliability study on field-aged photovoltaic connectors of different makes, collected from solar PV plants situated in different regions across India, each characterized by diverse climatic conditions having an operational life of two to ten years. A series of tests conforming to IEC 62852 incorporating C-AST is conducted on connectors encompassing both field-aged and control samples. Thereafter these samples and new field-aged samples underwent SEM for further analysis.

We proposed a novel method for direct characterization of transient noise and gain for a pulsed low-noise amplifier (LNA) with nanosecond resolution over a wide bandwidth. 

The method employed a standard noise source and an oscilloscope to measure the time-domain output waveform of the LNA. Transient noise and gain of a gate-pulse-operated C-band LNA at two biases were measured with 50~ns resolution. 

The method showed good agreement with static measurements.

This The present letter proposes Al/Graphene Oxide (GO)/WSe2/ITO heterojunction based visible-NIR photodetector fabricated by the low-cost solution method. The p-type WSe2 makes a heterostructure with the n-type Graphene Oxide (GO) material deposited over ITO coated PET substrate. The developed device results in a very high  responsivity Rs

(A/W)  and external quantum efficiency (EQE) value of 8000 and 1150, 1.5 x 106 % and 0.09 x 106 %,  at 650nm (Vis) and 1500nm (NIR) wavelength (at -2V bias).

A large core size and bending resistance are very important properties of mid-infrared energy transfer fibers, but large core sizes usually lead to a deterioration of bending properties. A negative-curvature nested node-free anti-resonant hollow-core fiber (AR-HCF) based on quartz is proposed. It was made by adding a nested layer to a previous AR-HCF design to provide an additional anti-resonance region while keeping the gap between adjacent tubes strictly correlated to the core diameter to produce a node-free structure.

To address the problem that the arc fault characteristics of certain loads are not significant and the line current characteristics cannot be detected effectively. In view of the wide application of a large number of nonlinear loads, it is difficult to distinguish the traditional current features from the load current features of nonlinear loads. Current features compared to those extracted from load end voltages, the latter are less affected by the load type, making the detection of faulty arcs more reliable.

Wikipedia is a free encyclopedia written collaboratively by volunteers around the world. A small part of Wikipedia contributors are administrators, who are users with access to additional technical features that aid in maintenance. This gave us 2,794 elections with 103,663 total votes and 7,066 users participating in the elections (either casting a vote or being voted on). Out of these 1,235 elections resulted in a successful promotion, while 1,559 elections did not result in the promotion.

We utilized Digital Ocean's cloud service, setting up three Linux virtual machines, each with 1vCPU, 1GB of memory, and a 10GB disk. The architecture included an API gateway for routing requests to a stateless application service backed by a database for storing application data. The application operates the service under a fluctuating workload generated by a load-testing script to simulate real-world usage scenarios. The target source or the application service is integrated with Prometheus, a monitoring tool for gathering system metrics.

Dataset for Analysis of a Programmable Quantum Annealer as a Random Number Generator

The raw measurements from the D-Wave quantum annealer are -1/+1 spins. They were converted to binary bitstrings by mapping all -1 spins to 0 states.

The datafiles are .bin files where each bit is time ordered (and fixed hardware-indexed ordered). The number of qubits on the device is 2032, so each group of 2032 bits is one anneal-readout cycle.

An untethered ultrasonic robot (U2sonobot) operating in resonant vibration is developed by integrating dual transducers, an onboard circuit, and a battery. Here, the longitudinal and bending vibrations lead to the out-of-phase swing motion and the alternating acceleration, respectively; these imitate the rotatory galloping gait in terms of the driving feet’s movement pattern and the operating sequence. First, the transducers were designed to gather the resonant frequencies of two vibrations and produce the same node for steadily supporting the other components.
