Signal Processing
The following dataset is used to test lossless compression algorithm on already compressed data, i.e. reduce data size even further without compromising its integrity. This Dataset has 1.000 “.txt” text files extracted from other Datasets and compressed in “.zip” format with a maximum size of 1 kB (Kilobyte), that is, 1.024 bytes. The largest Dataset file has 1670 characters including “text_zip (970).zip” spaces, and the smallest repository file has 14 characters with “text_zip (1).zip” spaces.

The large number and scale of natural and man-made disasters have led to an urgent demand for technologies that enhance the safety and efficiency of search and rescue teams. Semi-autonomous rescue robots are beneficial, especially when searching inaccessible terrains, or dangerous environments, such as collapsed infrastructures. For search and rescue missions in degraded visual conditions or non-line of sight scenarios, radar-based approaches may contribute to acquire valuable, and otherwise unavailable information.

The e-nose device used in this study was constructed using a gas sensor array, LCD display, micro air pumps for inhalation and exhalation, a microcontroller, and a mini-PC. Gas samples from the sample chamber were periodically drawn into the device through a hose. Each sample underwent a 30-hour sampling process at room temperature (25°C). The sampling frequency was 15 times per hour, resulting in 60 records per sample.

In the realm of real-time communications, WebRTC-based multimedia applications are increasingly prevalent as these can be smoothly integrated within Web browsing sessions. The browsing experience is then significantly improved concerning scenarios where browser add-ons and/or plug-ins are used; still, the end user's Quality of Experience (QoE) in WebRTC sessions may be affected by network impairments, such as delays and losses.

To illustrate the impact of the obstacles, we consider indoor and outdoor scenarios. We consider the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT(BHU) buildings as indoor buildings and the railway platform as an outdoor scenario. Here, we use single-channel LG in our experiment. The distance between LNs and LG varies from 5 to 50 meters. The floor map illustrates the walls, doors, and windows between LNs and LG. We consider railway stations for the outdoor environment. The outdoor environment did not consist of obstacles between LNs and LG.

The dataset contains basketball activity data for nine varsity basketball players of professional skill levels. Each player wore a smart bracelet on their right wrist to record activity data during the event. The smart bracelet contains an accelerometer and gyroscope that collects acceleration and angular velocity information, and it has a sampling frequency of 50 Hz. The basketball activities of the players are laying up, passing and shooting, which are defined as shown in Table 1.

In the experiment, participants were asked to perform 16 predefined gesture-motion protocols as shown in Fig. Each participant performed 1 experiment in the order of Fig, performing each movement 2 times with a 1-minute break in between each set of movements. Since the measured sEMG signals were almost harmless to the subjects, they could stop the experiment at any time to prevent any discomfort.

Physical layer security (PLS) is seen as the means to enhance physical layer trustworthiness in 6G. This work provides a proof-of-concept for one of the most mature PLS technologies, i.e., secret key generation (SKG) from wireless fading coefficients during the channel’s coherence time. As opposed to other works, where only specific parts of the protocol are typically investigated, here, we implement the full SKG chain in four indoor experimental campaigns.
