Metaverse Network Traffic dataset consists of comprehensive applications from Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Realities. Dataset is captured in an intelligent platform built using Oculus Quest 2, traffic manager, and cloud rendering device using Virtual Desktop Streamer. The Dataset is captured in packet capture (.pcap) format. The extracted version in the form of comma-seperated value (.csv) file is also provided. However, .pcap file will provide more flexibility. Dataset is captured for 60, 90, and 120 Hz frames per seconds (FPS) configurations.

This dataset was developed in the context of the NANCY project and it is the output of the experiments involving cyberattacks against services that are running in a 5G coverage expansion scenario. The coverage expansion scenario involves a main operator and a micro-operator which extends the main operator’s coverage and can also provide additional services, such as Artificial Intelligence-based cyberattack detection.

Industrial cyber-physical systems (ICPS), which is the backbone of Industry 4.0, are the result of adapting emerging information communication technologies (ICT) to the industrial control systems (ICS). ICPS utilize autonomous robotic arms to accomplish manufacturing tasks. These arms follow a certain predetermined trajectory during the task.

In the digital era of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), the conventional Critical Infrastructures (CIs) are transformed into smart environments with multiple benefits, such as pervasive control, self-monitoring and self-healing. However, this evolution is characterised by several cyberthreats due to the necessary presence of insecure technologies. DNP3 is an industrial communication protocol which is widely adopted in the CIs of the US. In particular, DNP3 allows the remote communication between Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).
