We present a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for animated learning of semiconductor device operations. The GUI encompasses the following features:

Depletion Width Variation: Visualize the alteration of depletion width through reverse bias modulation.

Diode Characteristics: Explore diode behavior across different biases, revealing its distinctive characteristics.

Diode IV Characteristics: Gain insights into diode current-voltage characteristics via interactive graphs.

To explore the influencing factors of college students' learning intention to online teaching videos during the pandemic, this study utilizes empirical research from four aspects including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions.

The dataset file contains all the relevant data for this paper, including original text data, labels, and statistical information, which is utilized for training, testing, and validation of the proposed models or arguments. Additionally, there is a question bank file that comprises all test questions, filtered test data, and annotated result data after testing.
