Wireless Networking
This data set provides complex-baseband samples of vehicle-to-vehicle communication (V2V) radios in the presence of primitive jamming signals. Up to 600 vehicles are simulated in this dataset using commerical IEEE 802.11p radios. Supporting example code found on CodeOcean can be used for developing novel physical layer based jamming detection and mitigation strategies using machine learning for ad hoc vehicular networks.

Future wireless networks must incorporate awareness, adaptability, and intelligence as fundamental building elements in order to meet the wide range of requirements of the next-generation communication systems. Wireless sensing techniques can be used to gather awareness from the radio signals present in the surroundings. However, threats from hostile attackers, such as jamming, eavesdropping, and manipulation, are also present along with this. This paper describes in detail an RF-jamming detection test-bed and provides experimentally measured data.

This dataset provides wireless measurements from two industrial testbeds: iV2V (industrial Vehicle-to-Vehicle) and iV2I+ (industrial Vehicular-to-Infrastructure plus sensor).
iV2V covers 10h of sidelink communication scenarios between 3 Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), while iV2I+ was conducted for around 16h at an industrial site where an autonomous cleaning robot is connected to a private cellular network.

The Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) Alliance's most recent innovations are propelling the evolution of RAN deployments, moving away from conventionally closed and specialized hardware implementations and toward virtualized instances running over shared platforms and distinguished by open interfaces. Such progressive decoupling of radio software components from the hardware is paving the road for future efficient and cost-effective RAN deployments. However, there are still a lot of open challenges before O-RAN networks can be successfully deployed.
