It has proved that the auscultation of respiratory sound has advantage in early respiratory diagnosis. Various methods have been raised to perform automatic respiratory sound analysis to reduce subjective diagnosis and physicians’ workload. However, these methods highly rely on the quality of respiratory sound database. In this work, we have developed the first open-access paediatric respiratory sound database, SPRSound. The database consists of 2,683 records and 9,089 respiratory sound events from 292 participants.

Our paper presents RespiroDynamics: A Comprehensive Multimodal Respiratory Dataset, compiled from 60 participants, recorded in two sessions labelled ’rest’ and ’exercise’. This dataset incorporates a variety of data types, including Red-Green-Blue (RGB) and Thermal videos, Heart Rate (HR), ECG readings and metadata, all synchronized with observed respiratory activities. Additionally, these data are enriched with reference values from the NHANES III (Hankinson- 1999) distribution.

The Lung Image Database Consortium image collection (LIDC-IDRI) consists of diagnostic and lung cancer screening thoracic computed tomography (CT) scans with marked-up annotated lesions. It is a web-accessible international resource for development, training, and evaluation of computer-assisted diagnostic (CAD) methods for lung cancer detection and diagnosis.

Nextmed project is a software platform for the segmentation and visualization of medical images. It consist on a series of different automatic segmentation algorithms for different anatomical structures and  a platform for the visualization of the results as 3D models.

This dataset contains the .obj and .nrrd files that correspond to the results of applying our automatic lung segmentation algorithm to the LIDC-IDRI dataset.

This dataset relates to 718 of the 1012 LIDC-IDRI scans.
