Abstract

N/A

Instructions:

1. Data collection during dynamic ankle joint dorsiflexion, incluidng sEMG, ultrasound imaging, load cell measurements from eight able-bodied participants.

2. sEMG signal time-domain features extraction and ultrasound imaging structural and functional features extraction results.

3. Correlation analysis results between each neuromuscular feature and measured ankle joint angle.

4. Multiple machine learning regresion models training and prediction code and results, including the root mean square error and R-square values between trained and measured joint angles, as well as between predicted and measured joint angles.

5. Regression models training and prediction results summary for individual participant.

6. Experimental data includes two scenarios: the seated posture and walking at different speeds.
