Abstract

The supplementary video for article of "Self-deformable Flexible MEMS Tweezer Composed of Poly(vinylidene fluoride)/Ionic Liquid Gel for Electrical Measurements and Soft Gripping".

Instructions:

SLIG.mp4, SWIG_1.mp4 and SWIG_2.mp4 indicates the motion of the ionic gel actuators. SLIG.mp4 shows that the single-layer ionic gel actuator is bending to the bidirectional sides in Fig. 3 of the manuscript. SWIG_1.mp4 and SWIG_2.mp4 is the operation of the sandwich ionic gels, corresponding to Fig. 4(a) and (b). Probe.mp4 and Grip.mp4 is demonstration of the tweezer to detect signals and grip a shpere, respectively. These are the movies of Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. The playback speed of Probe.mp4 is 16x the actual speed, and 32x for everything else.
