Abstract 

This dataset contains the raw data to figure 6 of the paper "Modeling and evaluation of a rate-based transcutaneous blood gas monitor" that has been submitted to IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering

Instructions: 

The attached .xlsx file consists of 18 panels each containgin the data from one of the experiments during the three sessions. Each panel has six columns showing 1.) The experiment time, 2.) The raw dara from equation 6 in the paper, 3.) The raw data calibrated to Pa, 4.) The total pressure in the sensor meansured by the integrated pressure sensor, 5.) The transcutaneous blood gas pressure calculated by equation (4) of the paper, and 6.) The corresponding transcutaneous blood gas pressure measured with the comercial monitor.
