TD Stability is tan-delta stability. Delta TD is differential tan-delta. Mean TD is mean tan-delta. These three metrics follow IEEE 400.2-2013. Partial Discharge was measured in pC according to IEC 60270. Neutral corrosion was measured by using time domain reflectometer (TDR) during cable inspection.
