20kV XLPE Cable Historical Inspection Data from year 2010 to 2019 from an European utility company
Instructions:
Inspected attributes are partial discharge, TD stability, differential TD, mean TD, visual condition (5 levels) and neutral corrosion.

TD Stability is tan-delta stability. Delta TD is differential tan-delta. Mean TD is mean tan-delta. These three metrics follow IEEE 400.2-2013. Partial Discharge was measured in pC according to IEC 60270.
Neutral corrosion was measured by using time domain reflectometer (TDR) during cable inspection.
