Abstract

This dataset contains bone scan image and its segmentation mask. The segmentation mask is made for the purpose of detecting metastases on bone scan images

Instructions:

The dataset consists of 37 bone scan images, anterior and posterior.

The available segmentation masks are segmentation masks made for the purpose of detecting metastases on bone scan images. There are 12 segments marked with different colors on the segmentation mask.
