Jorge Torres Gómez is currently with the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, TU Berlin. From 2008 to 2018, he lectured at the School of Telecommunications and Electronics, Technological University José Antonio Echeverría in Cuba. He has been with the Department of Signal Theory and Communications, UC3M, Spain, as a guest lecturer, and with the TU Chemnitz as a postdoc. He is on the committee of Educational and Professional Activities in the IEEE German Chapter, Executive Committee. His research interests include molecular communications, DSP, SDR, and Education.

Dataset for cell-to-cell communications

The dataset evaluates the number of vesicles observed in a Tcell that is close to a tumor cell. It stores the number of vesicles over time and for various distances between the Tcell and the tumor cell. The dataset is a matrix stored in a "mat" file (Matlab), where each row reflects a distance and each column a time index. The distance is in the range of 2 to 10 micrometers, and the time is in the range of 0 to approximately 160 min. We also provide the code to generate this dataset and to plot the corresponding curves.
