ABSTRACT: Gender inequality continues to hinder the full social and economic potential of women, particularly in developing countries. This study examines the role of artificial intelligence in addressing gender disparities within micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in India. Utilizing a cross-sectional quantitative methodology, data was collected from 300 MSMEs through stratified random sampling to evaluate AI's influence on gender diversity and the reduction of gender-based discrimination.

Quantum computing holds the promise of revolutionizing the way we solve complex problems by harnessing the principles of quantum mechanics. However, current noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) computers face significant limitations due to their small number of qubits and high error rates, making it challenging to execute large quantum circuits that require greater depth, size, or width.

This paper introduces the Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) Electrical Simulation Dataset, MESD, an extensive collection of I-V and C-V characteristics data simulated across different foundries' Berkeley Short-channel IGFET Models (BSIMs). The MESD dataset covers a range of bias voltages, temperatures, and MOSFET physical dimensions across several technology nodes from 3 to 350 nm.

Offline reinforcement learning aims to learn policies from a limited dataset without interacting with the environment. However, the restricted nature of the dataset limits the agent's understanding of the environment, leading to out-of-distribution (OOD) behavior and extrapolation errors. Conventional research can be categorized into four main approaches: Q-value penalties, policy constraints, uncertainty estimation, and importance sampling. Most existing methods impose overly strict penalties.

This is a dataset for the case study of the paper "Optimizing Fixture Layout for Compliant Part Assembly: A Kriging-based Metaheuristic". In this paper, we propose an efficient algorithm based on the large neighborhood search framework and the Kriging metamodel to optimize the fixture layout for compliant part assembly in the shipbuilding industry.

This dataset originates from our measurement collection, involving desensitized network entity measurement data from the Shanghai region. We have chosen to upload only a portion of this data. We are unable to submit the complete experimental data due to commercial application reasons; the full experimental data will be made available upon request.

This work presents a computationally efficient approach for extracting compact model parameters with minimal training requirements. Bayesian optimization (BO) is employed in multiple stages to predict the optimum compact model parameters. Through sequential processing, adaptive sampling, successive domain reduction, and fine-tuned objective functions, the framework achieves precise and efficient fitting of both global and local model parameters across a range of devices, all in a reduced number of iterations, irrespective of the compact model used.

The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act was an important legislation that was enacted in India in 2012. It aims to safeguard children from sexual exploitation through various enforcement and legal redressal mechanisms. This dataset has been scraped from eCourts India Services using Python script which uses Selenium. We have mined apex and high courts’ judgements, which mentioned the POCSO Act and its respective sections. We have chronologically scraped POCSO judgements from 2012 to 2020 in the corpus.

The 10-machine 39-bus power system is a simplified model of the high voltage transmission system in the northeast of the U.S.A. (New England area). It was presented for the first time in 1970 and has since been often used for scientific research and publications. The 10-machine 39-bus power system consists of 39 buses, 10 generators, 19 loads, 34 lines and 12 transformers. This text describes the model of the 10-machine 39-bus power system and its parameters. In addition, the synchronous generator model and GFM converter model in related paper are also presented.

The intense diversity of the Next Generation Networking environments creates a dire need for a modular framework that can integrate with metric-based optimization constructs, to tackle on-demand service-centric and user-centric resource allocation scenarios. Our research offers a new evaluation mechanism to successfully replace traditional path ranking and path selection techniques. By applying the fundamental monotonicity and isotonicity properties of the Path Algebra framework, it can always lead to valid and optimal results.
