Abstract
The following datasets contains the results of an image analsyis conducted on 48 samples. The samples were prepared to study the effect of the printing strategy on the deposition on an Ag-nanoparticle ink on Kapton. The raster superposition, the splat superposition, the number of layers, and deposition strategy were used as process factors. The area of the printed pattern has been used as yield. By analyzing the difference between the theoretical and printed pattern areas it was possible to determine the exceeding and missing areas and, by minimizing both, to optimize the printing process.
The dataset is the results of an image analysis conducted on 48 hi-res images. The images were fragmented using phyton and R. The data in excel format is in Tidy format, in which one line correspond to an observation and can easily be imported to further analysis. The fragmented images are reported inside the zip folder Image Analysis. Columns 3-7 are the process factors, Colum 8 indicates the presence of absence of an Artifact coming from the visualization of the vacuum holes from the transparent substrate, that artifact was a black circle, that was subtracted by a second clustering process. Colum 9-18 are the process yields.
