Abstract
This dataset presents the capacity fade data for eight Lithium Titanate Oxide (LTO) battery cells over progressive charge-discharge cycles. The measurements, recorded at intervals of 250 cycles up to 3500 cycles, track the aging effects on battery capacity over time. The aging procedure includes a rest period of 10 minutes between charging and discharging cycles. Each charging and discharging process was conducted with a constant current of 1 ampere (A). The maximum charge voltage was set to 2.75 volts (V), while the minimum discharge voltage was set at 1.30 V. All data points are presented in milliampere-hours (mAh), capturing the gradual decrease in capacity, which is essential for understanding and predicting the lifespan and performance reliability of LTO batteries in various applications.
The dataset contains capacity measurements for eight individual LTO battery cells, sampled at regular intervals of 250 cycles from 250 to 3500 cycles. Each column in the dataset corresponds to a specific cycle count (e.g., 250_Cycle, 500_Cycle, etc.), and each row represents one of the eight battery cells. Values in each cell indicate the capacity of the battery in mAh at the respective cycle interval.
For the aging procedure, each cycle includes a 10-minute rest period between the charging and discharging phases. Charging and discharging were conducted at a constant current of 1 ampere, with a maximum charge voltage of 2.75 V and a minimum discharge voltage of 1.30 V. This setup allows for an analysis of capacity degradation trends and assessment of battery aging performance under controlled conditions.
