Abstract
The dataset contains measurements taken from four air handling units (AHU) installed in a medium-to-large size academic building. The building is a 7-story, 9000 sqm facility commissioned in 2016 hosting the PRECIS research center. It contains multiple research laboratories, multifunction spaces, meeting rooms, and a large auditorium as well as administrative offices. It is located at 44°2606.0N and 26°0244.0E in a temperate continental climate with hot summers and cold winters. Cooling is handled using on-site electric chillers while heating is provided from a district heating network. For monitoring and control of the various building subsystems, a commercial Building Management System (BMS) software solution from Honeywell is implemented on a central server and used by the facility management staff.
We hope the dataset is useful to researchers in building energy efficiency and user comfort in order to develop algorithms that infer and predict control actions, faults, occupancy and usage patterns.
A pre-processing and statistical learning approach on this data is presented and can be referenced below:

The zipped file includes time-stamped individual sensor readings for each of the four AHU: AHU1, AHU2, AHU3, AHU5. AHU1 and AHU2 are placed on top of the building and handle ventilation in floors 4-7, mainly research labs. while AHU3 and AHU5 cover the bottom part of the building: administrative, multifunction and technical areas. The sensors for each AHU include exhaust, input and recirculation air temperatures. The data covers the full year 2017, sampled at five minute intervals.
In addition reference external temperature and humidity are provided for AHU1.

Hi
I am PhD student from UTS, Sydney. I am doing reserach on Fault Detection and Diagnosis of HVAC System. I am interested to see your resreach and data. If it is possible, it like to know how to down data.
Thanks
Greetings,
I am a researcher and in need of HVAC datasets. Would you mind to share your HVAC datasets please. My email is risaldeb@yahoo.com just in case you like to wetransfer the files or let me know the link t access. Thank you.
Hello, I have sent you the processed data files via e-mail. The raw data can be downloaded directly from the platform. All the best with your research! Grigore
Good day,
I'm an MSc. student at Heriot-Watt, aiming to use A.I to predict AHU failure several days before it happens. Would it be possible to share the data with me? If so, please inbox me a download link on my Twitter https://twitter.com/timkofu
Hello Timothy, I have just sent you the processed data and further details via e-mail. Thank you!
