Abstract

This dataset includes spectra of 250 corn samples with different vitality levels, with a data size of 250*256, categorized into five vitality grades. The imaging spectrometer employs a series spectrophotometer, model N17E, with a spectral range of 874-1734nm and a spectral resolution of 5nm. The CCD used is model ICL-B1410, featuring 1600×1200 pixels, and is equipped with an OLES22 lens with a focal length of 22mm. For illumination, the IT3900 fully automatic internally calibrated high-stability output light source system from Illumination Technologies is used, which provides continuous light in the visible to near-infrared range (4002100nm). The core of this system is a 21V/200W halogen lamp, which is guided out through a dual-branch linear light guide to form a symmetrical line light source with a linear emitting length of 6 inches, placed symmetrically at both ends of the spectrophotometer. The light source controller is model 9596-ER, offering a lighting intensity adjustment precision of 0.1% and a noise level of 0.1%.
