Abstract 

This dataset contains usability evaluation raw data of the "Child-Home Interaction: Design and Usability Evaluation of Game-based End-user Development for Children" paper.

Instructions: 

This dataset includes four different type of End-user deveopment user interface for children in Smart Home. The first two columns indicate the type of UI which is one of these four types:

  • G1: 3D game-based design
  • G2: Verbal game-based design
  • G3: 3D non-game design
  • G4: Verbal non-game design

The remaining columns indicate the usability metrics of the indicated UI including:  Task completion time, Task completion rate,UMUX,Engagement,Enjoyment for 32 participants of age 8-12.
