This is the source code and dataset of the paper "Double QoS Guarantee for NOMA-Enabled

Massive MTC Networks".

Instructions: 

access_contrl3.m:  the matlab codes of the proposed access management algorithm in the paper;

RA_SCP_v4.m: the matlab codes of the proposed resource allocation algorithm in the paper;

joint_access.m: the matlab codes of the proposed Q-JAM algorithm in the paper;
