Abstract

<p>Code used to read the sensors, and light control</p>

This application, developed in Python, performs the task of reading the sensors placed in a bubble column bioreactor. The measured variables are temperature, dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide, and liquid level. Additionally, it controls the light intensity and spectrum. The executable of this application is an interface divided into three screens. The first screen displays the measurements from each sensor, the second screen shows the light control with the variables that can be adjusted, and the third screen provides the option to save data, allowing the user to select the storage path. This is the latest version of the application; however, we will continue adding improvements.

Instructions:

<p>This application is developed in the Python language, it has been developed for research purposes, not for profit.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>BioreactorV0.2R - This is the latest version tested and implemented, and is currently undergoing constant changes and modifications.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>BioreactorV0.1BK - This is the backup of the first version of the bioreactor control interface, it is kept as a commonly used template.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Sincerely the developers</p><p>Samantha and Salatiel&nbsp;</p>
