Abstract
Through systematic Monte Carlo simulations, we optimized parallel-hole collimator parameters to achieve an optimal trade-off between spatial resolution (1.6 mm) and sensitivity (>120 cps/MBq).Comprehensive validation using Jaszczak and digital mouse (Digimouse) phantom demonstrated exceptional performance: the system resolved 1.6-mm hot rods in Jaszczak phantom studies while Digimouse evaluations revealed detailed anatomical features including skeletal structures, pulmonary morphology, and renal boundaries. Isotope simulation studies employing 99mTc and 177Lu further confirmed the system's practical imaging capability for small animal models.
