Through systematic Monte Carlo simulations, we optimized parallel-hole collimator parameters to achieve an optimal trade-off between spatial resolution (1.6 mm) and sensitivity (>120 cps/MBq).Comprehensive validation using Jaszczak and digital mouse (Digimouse) phantom demonstrated exceptional performance: the system resolved 1.6-mm hot rods in Jaszczak phantom studies while Digimouse evaluations revealed detailed anatomical features including skeletal structures, pulmonary morphology, and renal boundaries. Isotope simulation studies employing 99mTc and 177Lu further

The CdZnTe collimated imaging system demonstrated excellent energy linearity (R2>0.99) and displacement linearity(R2>0.98). Quantitative analysis revealed a minimum resolvable feature size of 1.8 mm, with corresponding reconstructed image spatial resolution measuring 2.7 mm (FWHM). The calculated radioisotope activity fell within an acceptable range, and tumor size was estimated at 5.8-8.5 mm.
