Abstract
We make our dataset publicly avaiable. It consists of 50 H&E stained histopathology annotated images at the nuclei level. This dataset is ideal for those who want an exhaustive annotation of H&E breast cancer patient from a Tripple Negative Breast Cancer cohort.
Instructions:
The data is organized as follow.
For one patient, lets say patient x, has two folder: Slide_x and GT_x, in Slide_x you will find the raw images and in GT_x you will find the associated annotations in png format.
my main investigation is on medical image processing.
my research particularly is the diagnosis of breast cancer.
our classification and segmentation are based on deep and machine learning methods.
