Abstract
<p>This multilingual Twitter dataset spans over 2 years from October 2019 to the end of 2021, including 3 months before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.</p>
Instructions:
This dataset consists of the IDs of 37,281,824 tweets collected from the Greater Region of Luxembourg (GR) which is a cross-border region centred around Luxembourg and composed of adjacent regions of Belgium, Germany and France.
File tweet_id_0 to tweet_id_3 contains all the ids of the collected tweets, and user_id.pkl contains the user ids.
