Abstract

This dataset contains one ideal fetal phonocardiography (fPCG) signal and twelve signals made by adding three types of interference having different amplitudes to the reference signal.

- Ambient noise - this is any noise from the surroundings. It occurs commonly when recording the fPCG. Its spec-trum includes frequencies from 10 Hz.

- White Gaussian noise - a random signal with the same power in any band of the same width.

- Maternal and fetal movement artifacts - a noise caused by muscle movement or breathing. They occur at low frequencies, usually up to 100 Hz.

Instructions:

Ambient_noise_1 - reference fPCG signal with added ambient noise with amplitude 1

Ambient_noise_1_5 - reference fPCG signal with added ambient noise with amplitude 1.5

Ambient_noise_2_5 - reference fPCG signal with added ambient noise with amplitude 2.5

Ambient_noise_5 - reference fPCG signal with added ambient noise with amplitude 5

Gaussian_noise_1_4 - reference fPCG signal with added Gaussian noise with amplitude 1.4

Gaussian_noise_2 - reference fPCG signal with added Gaussian noise with amplitude 2

Gaussian_noise_3 - reference fPCG signal with added Gaussian noise with amplitude 3

Gaussian_noise_5 - reference fPCG signal with added Gaussian noise with amplitude 5

Movement_artifacts_30 - reference fPCG signal with added movement artifacts noise with amplitude 30

Movement_artifacts_60 - reference fPCG signal with added movement artifacts noise with amplitude 60

Movement_artifacts_80 - reference fPCG signal with added movement artifacts noise with amplitude 80

Movement_artifacts_100 - reference fPCG signal with added movement artifacts noise with amplitude 100

fPCG_ref - reference fPCG signal without noise
