Abstract 

A dataset to accompany the "Detrending and Characterizing System Frequency Oscillations Using an Adapted Zhou Algorithm" article submitted to IEEE Transaction on Power Systems

It contains the Single Freqneuy Model used to create data for the study involved in the paper, & a python based program that impliments the method propsed in said paper

Instructions: 

The dataset is split into two sections, the model and the python program

The model consists of a setup MATLAB file, to be run first to establish necisary constants, a Simulink .slx file containing the modal that should be run second, and a " create dispatch" MATLAB file that should be run last, which converts the output fo the Simulink model into a .csv form that can be an input to the Python Program.

The python program consists of multiple scripts but only the one called "Master_Control_Script.py" needs to be run by the user. It is important that the file names & structure in this section are not changed. more information can be found in a "readme" file that explains the program in more detail.
