Instructions: 

‘Station’ is the index of stations. ‘Year’ and ‘Season’ are the time index. Others are the indicators of each station in each season.

Can we get the stations Geo-location (latitude and longitude) and also timestamp for those sensor reading. Without these essential information, dataset has very limited or no use.
