Abstract

A transformer temperature rise test was conducted using a temperature rise recorder (JIK-8/16 Temperature Recorder) under room temperature conditions. With a water flow rate of 10L/min, the input active power was 393.23kW, the input reactive power was 305.64kvar, and the input current was 744.6A. The power loss was 8.5kW, resulting in a power conversion efficiency of 97.8%. The temperature rise curves were recorded at an interval of 10 minutes, with the first column indicating the secondary winding temperature rise and the second column indicating the primary winding temperature rise. This comprehensive approach allowed for precise monitoring and analysis of the transformer's thermal performance during the test.

Instructions:

The acquisition time interval for the temperature rise curves is 10 minutes. The first column represents the temperature rise of the secondary winding, while the second column represents the temperature rise of the primary winding.
