Abstract
This dataset is supplementary materials for "Integrated VLC-RF System with Angular Diversity Receiver for Robust Industrial IoT Applications".
1. User monitoring application.mp4
This describes the prototype of the integrated VLC-RF system with the ADR for IoT applications. It starts from the introduction of experiment setup.
Real-time sensor data transmission is demonstrated. In the demonstration, light sensor data is uploaded to the Wi-Fi cloud via Uplink.
The monitor shows the light sensor value in the cloud. When the sensor on the user node is covered, the sensor value decreases.
The sensor data with low value happens a trigger, which turns on red on cloud monitor. It can be applied for the environment monitoring application.
2. AGC advantage in mobile scenario.mp4
This shows that AGC usage is suitable for mobile applications. The transmit signal is a sinusoid wave of 1 MHz.
The signal before AGC fluctuates because the ADR moves—however, the signal after AGC shows a stable output.
3. Robot arm integration.mp4
This is about the experiment of robot arm system integration with the prototype. It indicates the feasibility of practical IoT application.
