Abstract

In the data set acquisition phase, the system will automatically record the following data: frontal video recording: the frame rate of the video is 10Hz per second, and the video contains the patient's movement, posture and facial information; hemodynamic data: the acquisition frequency is 10Hz per second, covering the area of the prefrontal lobe of the brain, and including the hemodynamic information of 22 channels; kinematic data: the acquisition frequency is 10Hz per second, and including the hand velocity, shoulder angular velocity, elbow angular velocity and sitting posture information. During the acquisition process, patients were told to move only the affected limbs and not to shake their heads and bodies significantly. Functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) was used to collect hemodynamic information in this study. Three psychiatrists in the hospital completed the entire data annotation process, and each doctor annotated the four states of each frame for each patient through the frontal video of the patient during the game, and when two or more doctors thought that a certain state at this time was "yes," the state at this time was labeled as "yes," and vice versa. " and vice versa. The video annotation software used was ELAN 6.4.
