Abstract

This rolling bearing dataset was collected using the QPZZ-II rotating machinery fault simulation test rig developed by Jiangsu Qianpeng Diagnostic Engineering Co., Ltd. The bearing used in the experiment was model NU205EM. An electromyographic-type acceleration sensor was used in this experiment, which was placed in the horizontal X and vertical Y directions of the bearing housing on the test rig. Under the conditions of a rotational speed of 1200 r/min and a sampling frequency of 5120 Hz, normal state (Norm), inner ring fault (IRF1, IRF2), rolling body fault (BF1, BF2), and outer ring fault (ORF1, ORF2) were collected.
