Abstract
Cardiac functional imaging plays a crucial role in the detection, diagnosis, and prognosis of major cardiac diseases. Magnetocardiography (MCG) provides the benefits of non-invasive measurement and precise reflection of signals generated by the heart’s contraction and relaxation, and is gaining prominence in medical technology. However, due to various reasons, the reviewed dataset was not available and no standard dataset has been published on this topic. The presented MCG dataset provides the Magnetocardiography (MCG) data of 20 patients and 3 semi-physical simulation experiments with a dipole coil. The sampling rate is 1000Hz and the number of sampling channels is 32. Both simulation and real experiments were carefully curated, with some damaged channel data being discarded. Novel filtering algorithms can be applied to this dataset to test their effectiveness.
The data are given in the .mat file in the form of an array:
Each patient underwent 60 seconds of magnetocardiography acquisition, and the size of the original magnetocardiography data was 60000*32.
The acquisition time of the semi-physical simulation experiment was 400 seconds, and the size of the original magnetocardiography data was 400000*32.
