Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, the application and popularization of intelligent sports equipment in residents’ lives have become extensive. As a sport suitable for all ages, badminton is deeply loved by the masses. This paper designs a smart badminton racket to help students improve their badminton skills by providing real-time training data and three-dimensional posture information. The design of the smart badminton racket includes the design and integration of hardware structure transformation, LAN construction, back-end server, and front-end web interface.
The training of badminton is closely related to the wrist power technique, and we performed a time and frequency domain analysis of the collected data by doing a figure-eight movement around the wrist.
The posture data of athletes' wrist movement when swinging a badminton racket was collected, including acceleration, angle, angular velocity and quaternion.
