Abstract
The EegDoc data set collected using a Cerebus neural signal acquisition equipment involved 2 types of odors (smelling like roses and rotten odors), each with 5 concentrations. Five concentrations of the rose odor are expressed as A10-3.0 (A30), A10-3.5 (A35), A10-4.0 (A40), A10-4.5 (A45) and A10-5.0 (A50), and five concentrations of the rotten odor are expressed as C10-4.0 (C40), C10-4.5 (C45), C10-5.0 (C50), C10-5.5 (C55) and C10-6.0 (C60).
Participants: 13 health postgraduates aged 24.9 ± 2.3, including 12 males and 1 females
Experimental Environment: Soundproof olfactory EEG Laboratory
EEG Signal Acquisition Equipment: Cerebus equipment
Electrode Cap: 32 channels. The electrodes are arranged according to the international 10-20 system. Except 2 reference electrodes at mastoid, 30 electrodes are used for data classification.
Sampling Rate: 1k Hz
Sampling Duration: 10 s
Sample Size: 35 EEG samples were collected for each participant smelling each odor concentration, a total of 13 (number of participants) × 2 (number of odor types) × 5 (number of concentrations of each odor type) × 35 = 4550 EEG samples.
