Abstract

The dataset provides an end-to-end (E2E) perspective of the performance of 360-video services over mobile networks. The data was collected using a network-in-a-box setup in conjunction with a Meta Quest 2 head-mounted display (HMD) and a customer premises equipment (CPE) to provide 5G connectivity to the glasses (WiFi-native). The objective of this dataset is to contribute to the research community's knowledge base and support research on the provision of XR services deployed with new-generation mobile technologies, such as 5G and Beyond-5G.  The dataset comprises 86,400 samples collected throughout 60 sessions, each lasting 120 seconds. Four bandwidth options were tested, with three radio link conditions.
