Abstract

The data presented here was acquired using a testbed for biocompatible molecular communication based on magnetic nanoparticles. The folders correspond to the variety of channel parameters that were investigated and two additional data transmission samples. Details regarding the testbed setup can be found in the accompanying publication.

Instructions:

The default setup for all measurements is a transmission channel with a background flow of 10ml/min, a 1.52mm diameter and a length of 50mm. The data folders corresponds to the individually varied testbed parameters. The data of the individual measurements is provided in .csv files containing two columns with timestamps in seconds (time) and the recorded sensor values as a resonance frequency in Hertz (value).
