Abstract
This is our generated 3890 3D skin vessel tissue models which could be used for medical image analysis such as classification, segmentation, reconstruction and quantitative medical image analysis.
Instructions:
This dataset contains 3890 independent 3D skin vessel tissue models and its size is about 13.74 Mb. You can just directly download it and unzip the package, then you could view these .mat data. You could use them to do some medical image analysis task with deep learning or machine learning.
