Titov Evgeny Vladimirovich graduated with honors from Polzunov Altai State Technical University in 2009, Barnaul, Russia. Candidate of technical Sciences, associate Professor of the Department «Electrification of production and life» of Polzunov Altai State Technical University. Titov E.V. has more than 130 scientific and educational works, including 3 patents for invention, utility model patent and 20 certificates of state registration of computer programs. Of the 19 scientific awards Titov E.V. most significant are: the diploma of the winner of the XI all-Russian competition of youth research projects in the field of energy «Energy of Youth» and the diploma of the winner of the XII competition «National environmental award named after V.I. Vernadsky» in the nomination «Ecology of the city». Research interests: computer simulation of electromagnetic radiation, visualization and study of the spatial distribution of electromagnetic signal levels, mapping of the electromagnetic environment, electromagnetic safety.
