Abstract 

This data is a subset of the results of direct numerical simulations of a turbulent upward-directed flow of a liquid metal in a vertical channel.

Instructions: 

The presented data includes 7 seperate time steps of a 3D velocity field on a rectilinear grid.

The vector fields are presented in the legacy VTK file format (little endian).

 

The original data and the underlaying simulation were introduced in:
