Deep sea video quality dataset

We establish a new labelled deep sea video quality data set by video enhancement and video deterioration technologies with subjective video quality assessment. By training and testing 7 objective video quality assessment models with our deep sea video quality data set, we found that these models have poor performance on our deep sea video quality data set. This illustrates the necessity of deep sea video quality data set we proposed, which can further improve the performance of objective underwater video quality assessment model.
