Abstract 

This questionnaire data is used to collect information on airport selection and satisfaction evaluation of air passengers in dual airport cities. We invited passengers who have flown in Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu to fill out the questionnaire. The survey results are only for academic research purposes. Please fill out this questionnaire based on the passenger's usual travel situation and personal preferences. Multiple choice questions with 0 indicating no selection and 1 indicating selection, a total of 755 valid questionnaires were collected

Instructions: 

In July 2023, we divided the investigators into two groups, each consisting of three people, conducted surveys at the departure lounge and exit of BJDX, collecting data through paper and electronic questionnaires. The questionnaire is divided into two parts. The first is "Basic Information," which includes the respondents' socioeconomic, travel, and airport choice characteristics. The second part is the "scale survey," designed based on a 5-point Likert scale from 1 ("very dissatisfied") to 5 ("very satisfied") to assess the airport PS with different satisfaction measures. The sample data are the statistical results of the survey on the 8 service dimensions in the PS model, and a total of 755 valid questionnaires were collected.
