Abstract
The datasets consists of the traffic-delay pairs collected in a real network. For each link connecting two switches, we measured the link delay associated with 1000 evenly-divided traffic test points. To obtain the traffic-delay pairs at a traffic test point of a link, the traffic generation machine, connected to the starting switch of the link, firstly sent data packets to the traffic generation machine, connected to the ending switch of the link, at the corresponding rate (i.e., the traffic value of the traffic test point). Then the delay measurement machine, connected to the starting switch of the link, sent probe packets to the delay measurement machine connected to the ending switch of the link.
The datasets consists of the traffic-delay pairs collected in a real network shown in Fig. 1.

IEEE 1588 time synchronization server is used to implemented time synchronization at the delay measurement machines and traffic generation machines.
For each link connecting two switches, we measured the link delay associated with 1000 evenly-divided traffic test points. To obtain the traffic-delay pairs at a traffic test point of a link, the traffic generation machine, connected to the starting switch of the link, firstly sent data packets to the traffic generation machine, connected to the ending switch of the link, at the corresponding rate (i.e., the traffic value of the traffic test point). Then the delay measurement machine, connected to the starting switch of the link, sent probe packets to the delay measurement machine connected to the ending switch of the link. Notice that the data packets and delay probe packets were sent based on the UDP protocol.
The data of link i is placed in the file folder named by 'Link-i'. The csv files in the folder are named by the sequences of traffic test points (or delay_udp-100+the sequences of traffic test points), and the link delays at a traffic test point is placed in the corresponding excel file.
