High-penetrated offshore wind farms (OWFs) to power systems result in low inertia and bring large disturbances. To enhance the frequency security, this paper proposes a frequency security constrained multi-stage dispatch problem by inserting the dynamic frequency process into the unit commitment (UC) and economic dispatch (ED) framework. Firstly, the transient frequency response model of power systems considering the active frequency support of OWFs is established.
