Abstract

This data gives the testing data of the 6-DoF maglev rotary table including step response, slope tracking, multi-axis motion. With the numerical wrench model and harmonic force model employed in the control system, the dynamic responses have some differences. Each opj file contains the test group (numerical wrench model) and control group (analytical harmonic model).

Instructions:

There are 4 opj files in the zip, and their meanings are given below.

1. Step response of levitated stage with the vibrations on other axes. (a) 50 mrad step in yaw, (b) 1 mm step in z- axis, and (c) synchronous 3 mm step in x- and y- axes. Blue one is based on numerical wrench model and red on is based on the analytical harmonic model.

2. Slope tracking in horizontal plane and disturbances on other axes with speed of 10*sqrt(2) mm/s and 100*sqrt(2) mm/s based on (a) numerical wrench model, and (b) analytical harmonic model.

3. Yaw angle tracking and disturbances on other axes with a rotational velocity of 10 mrad/ms, 100 mrad/ms, 1000 mrad/ms based on (a) numerical wrench model, and (b) analytical harmonic model.

4. Multi-axis motion control with dynamic force and torque regulator based on (a) numerical wrench model, (b) analytical harmonic model. (c) Performance of enlarging horizontal motion range with numerical wrench

model.
