Abstract
Testchip measured challenge-response pairs from a non-monotonically quantized strong PUF.
Instructions:
First, uncompress the SQLite database file:
tar -xf testchip_crps.db.tar.gz
The uncompressed file, named `testchip_crps.db`, is an SQLite database.
Column descriptions:
chip INTEGER chip number from which CRPs where measured
inst INTEGER nMQ-RO instance in the corresponding chip
k INTEGER number of NMQ-RO instances XORed
chl TEXT challenge applied to the PUF (string in hex)
q INTEGER response from the PUF
All CRPs where collected using g=200, at 20C.
