Abstract
This dataset contains the data of three different positions of persons. The main focus of this dataset is on three positions those are Sit, Stand and Sleep. This dataset is collected by using a 3-axis accelerometer sensor value using the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) (MPU-9250) Sensor. We collected this data by positioning this instrument on the arm of the person. This dataset has great potential in the near future as the doctors can use it to see whether their patients are taking proper rest or not, and parents can also use it to see whether their child is taking proper rest or not.
Structure of Sensory Dataset
ØThere are four variables in the dataset from which three are axis that is X, Y and Z, and one is the target variable i.e., position.
ØOriginally, the data collected using the sensor is saved in *.csv file.
ØThe target variable contains three categories, viz. Sit, Stand and Sleep.
